Nice building in a good location. Apartment management was easy to deal with and hosts events throughout the year to get to know the neighbors. Good location that is fairly quiet but also a short walk away from pike/pine corridor.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I haven't had any major complaints. Its actually quite quiet. I really don't see a lot of other people around. The rent is pretty cheap considering it's in Belltown and so close to everything. The manager is really nice and always answers any of my questions.

I love the hustle/bustle and accessibility of Cap Hill but not the noise. 15th is a great neighborhood with fun shops, it's near Volunteer Park, and it feels more residential than a lot of other parts of the hill.
